Description
This heavy-weight linen is similar in texture to the fabric which Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Workshops offered as “Craftsman Canvas”. Like a firmly woven burlap, it imparts a rugged effect and is excellent for pillows, table linens, curtains – especially portieres, and makes substantial bedspreads. Designs in stencilling or applique and hand embroidery are quite effective.
